Do we get to meet with a Pet-sitter before leaving our pets in your care?
Absolutely! One of the most important things to us is to ensure that you and your pets are comfortable with the person you will be sitting for you. Once you will out a reservation, a sitter will contact you in 24-48 hours to set up a time to meet with you and your pets for a free consultation at your home.
How am I billed and when is it due?
Invoices are sent to you via email unless you prefer not to. Balances must be paid in full prior to pet care services. We accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you have a credit card on file, your card will automatically be charged for services on a monthly basis or at the end of an overnight job.
May we contact you while we are away?
Yes! Our pet sitters will always be on call whenever you feel the need to check on your home or your critters. We use email, text and the good old-fashioned phone call.
Is there a fee for last minute scheduling?
No fee for a last minute schedule change or addition. We understand last minute trips and emergencies come without your control and we try to be as flexible as possible. That is why you are assigned two pet sitters!
What do you do in case of an emergency?
During our initial consultation, we will discuss the preferences you have for your home and pets. If an emergency occurs with your pet we would like for you to instruct us on how to handle the situation before making a trip to the vet. We have a veterinary release for that you must fill out prior to us providing care that spells it all out including payment options and detailed instructions.
