Covid-19 Update: Book a Virtual Meet and Greet

Sitter for your Critter is committed to taking as many safety precautions as possible during this time for both our clients and our staff, We have created a Virtual Meet and Greet for those of you that are not completely comfortable having our team members in your home at the moment. We will cover all of the same things that we do in an in-person meet and greet except we will be doing it from the comfort of your computer screen.

During this meeting we will cover:

Introductions to our team members
Details about your pets and your home
Review our policies and procedures (including our updated COVID-19 Protocols)
Talk about scheduling and determine what type of services will fit best for you and your pets.
Ask and answer any and all questions you might have about Sitter for your Critter.

This meeting will be held over the Zoom platform and you will be given your link immediately after you book your meet and greet.

Once your meeting is finished you will be ready to start working with Sitter for your Critter and can book your services ASAP!

We use amazing software that has the capability to track your sitter from the moment they arrive and the moment they leave your home. As a client you can login to your portal and see this information from your beautiful beach vacation and know that your pets are happy and received the high level of care you hired us for.

It’s never been easier to book you next dog walking appointment or pet sitting appointment. Every one of our pet parents has access to a portal where they can create a profile and schedule visits, check the status of your sitters, upload pictures, manage invoices and much much more.

As pet owners ourselves we know that when we are away we worry about our furry family. We need to be able to speak with someone when we feel it is necessary even if that is at 6am.

In addition to your assigned sitters you also have a team of people behind the scenes that are able to answer any questions or concerns and answer phone calls, texts and emails anytime of day.

A wonderful perk of our client software is that it allows your sitter to update you with a daily log of what happened during the visit. We can’t forget the pictures though! Every sitter is required to send a photo or video of your pets at each visit because there is nothing better than getting a cute photo of fluffy while you are on your vacation or stuck at your office.
